Nourish (inner beauty):
beef liver, electrolytes, seamoss, collagen
clean protein bar in each hand and sports bag
Self-care (outer beauty):
scalp oiling w rosemary oil for roots
castor oil and beeswax stick for face
fragrance free products only
beef tallow, coco oil
face tapes, no botox
lipgloss (clean)
Nature:
morning and evening sun
daily grounding + being present
Body:
movement - steps, gym, Pilates
Whole foods only, no long ingredient list
9 hours of deep sleep
